 2002: The birth In the spring of 2002, from a faraway country, a boy was born. For the first time, his voice was heard by the world. The father was waiting outside, a little excited but a lot scared. His mother was exhausted, tired on her bed. Both of them can't keep their's eyes on him. That was the first time, or maybe the only time, they were so happy when he cried. On the last day of January, the sky was clear, and the air was fresh. Two people were so happy. Their baby was born and was name after his father, a beautiful. It is a beautiful story or at least that what he was told. 2014: Changing school The boy was 14. The baby now has been a teenager, felt excited for the new school year, missed his friend. Then, his parents had to move and so did he. the boy did not expect this before. He did not want to change school. His friend still lived there, why did he have to go? The boy started his new life in a new place. Sometimes things were good  but most of the time, he was ...

Post 2: Literature and Coding

 I am majoring in IT. At first, I can't really find any relations between my major and literature. The only thing I can think of is that both need decent grammatic skills. I think coding more about using numbers and codes to finish a product and literature is just words. However, after having a deeper look, I can found some similarities between those two. I think that both IT and literature require the writer to be creative, yet they must follow some specifics rules. When I finish my literature class, I think I could improve my imagination. This could help me think outside of the box when solving problems, take a look at another perspective of the problems. That's all I got for this post, thank you.

Introduction

My name is Lan. I am an international student from Vietnam. I currently major in IT but considering changing it. I love to play and watch sports especially soccer. I have been in the State for 2 years and my experience here so far is not so bad. Last year was a bumper but I hope to have a fascinating and interesting year.
